What is the "Passport Fee?"

The Passport Fee covers 18 holes including cart at each facility you play. The Passport Fee is an exclusive rate available only to Passport holders. You may use your Passport at each facility ONCE per year.

What is the "All Day Play Fee?"

The All Day Play Fee covers 36 holes including cart at select facilities. The All Day Play Fee is an alternative rate you can utilize instead of the traditional Passport Fee listed above. You may use either the Passport Fee or All Day Play Fee ONCE per year at each facility.

Why do "Valid Times of Use" vary at each course?

Many of our facilities have certain times reserved for Member Play on the weekends and other select times.

What happens if I forget or lose my Passport?

Your Passport is required at check-in or the course may not honor the exclusive rate so please take care of your Passport. If you lose your passport, you must purchase a new one.

When can I expect my Passport in the mail?

Orders generally arrive 5-7 business days after purchase or sooner.

How long is the Passport valid for?

January 1st, 2021 through December 31st, 2021.

What is the mission of the Iowa Golf Passport?

Our mission is simple: promote and grow the game of golf. The Iowa Golf Passport was created to provide golfers access to some of Iowa’s premier courses as well as the surrounding areas.

Golf is sharing time with good friends, laughing, and enjoying the green grass and sunshine, while trying to hit a little white ball into a 4-1/4 inch hole. Anything we can do to promote the game is our mission. Good luck and enjoy playing the greatest game ever created.

Privacy Policy of the Iowa Golf Passport

The Iowa Golf Passport is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of its obligations, the Iowa Golf Passport has adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about consumers that it acquires in the course of its business: (1) Acquisition of Information – We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely. (2) Our Employees and Privacy – We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs. (3) Security Measures – We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service. (4) Disclosure to Third Parties – We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services. (5) Privacy and Our Business Partners – When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
